Salutation

It was the first time I saw her speaking with someone. She was on the other side of the library hall with one of my friend. They shared a laughter as I approach there, and it appeared like they enjoyed their moment. I greeted my friend and said “Hi” to the Miss. I realized that I will get late to catch the bus so I gave a quick hug to my friend and said goodbye to the Miss. 🙂

The next day, I was sitting on a couch in the corridor, waiting for my next class. There she came, walking in my direction. Her class was next to my class, so she sits and waits. “Hi” I greeted her. She said nothing. :/ Maybe she didn’t hear it. I stood up and moved to my class as my professor entered the classroom. 🤓

I didn’t really know, “If she heard and ignored me, or didn’t she heard my salutation?” I asked myself. 🤔
The class got over. It was an interesting session, but I was very tired. Heading towards the bus station, I saw her walking to-and-fro the bus stop. “So she also takes the bus?” I asked myself. Maybe this time, she will hear my salutation. When I reached the bus stop, I said in a loud voice “Good Afternoon”. Now it was confirmed, I know she won’t reply. 😳

Two weeks later, I was in the Math center, helping junior students with their homework. She came, passed by, and sat down. Miss was really silent. I was able to notice she had a problem, she needed help, but she won’t call the Math tutor. Then she raises her hand and made a sign to call the tutor. Why can’t she just say “Excuse me, sir?” I asked myself. Here my friend came, she greeted me and I greet her back. 🙂

“Can you please help my friend?” my friend asks.
“Sure, I will.” I replied.
“Thanks, and please be patient with her; she is deaf.” 😐

Autodidact

They say time flies,
but I must say
sometimes it just crawls by.

I think about you everyday,
I hope that comes as no surprise.

I would love to see you now,
but I wouldn’t be.

Because life did not bend to my wishes
and so I have to learn to live. 🙂

Oh… Great

Friday, 19:24

Here, I am standing next to my friend and in front of a girl who this guy likes a lot.

Today, near this fast food corner he has met her after a long time, with a question.. “How are you? and what you doing here? 🙂 “. She replies with a smile on her face, “I’m awesome & just waiting for a friend. How about you?”. With a happiness in his body language, he said “I’m fine, as always! Just here with my friend to get something to eat. 🙂 How about your friend, is the person from your college or school? “. With a shy smile she says, “Actually, He is my school friend & I am meeting him after a long time.” For a second or two he hasn’t said anything, looks down and then again looking at her, says, “School friends are always specially, he must be your good friend.” With an extremely thoughtful smile as if she remembered someone, she speaks, “Yes, he is my best friend & I like him a lot. ❤ ” Suddenly her phone rang and after 5 seconds of conversation on phone she said, “time for me to go, will see you next time. Bye!! ” In a low voice he was only able to say, “Oh… Great, take care, Bye! 😐 ” She turned and started walking away.

As we started the long walk back, he slows down and turns back to see her getting lost in the crowd. In a very less of a time she was out of the picture of our eyes. I put my right hand on his shoulder and without a word being said he turned and started walking.

Throughout their talks, I was a person who was only listening to both of them. I knew about her as this guy has talked a lot about her in past few years. As we were walking back, we did not exchanged a word with each other. He was just moving slowly with some deep breaths and looking into the sky for a while. I know he was not okay.

One thing that I acknowledge was the last words he said that evening, “Oh..Great!”
This “Oh” sounded as if his heart has ripped into millions of pieces. He was not able to speak after that. It appeared as if his throat has choked and only thing he was able to do is, breathe. 😐

“While there’s a Life, their’s Hope”

Are you tired? Do you feel like you’re loosing yourself? You feel like you’re hanging by a thread and it’s just about to break? You feel as if you’re shouting for help but only you can hear is your heart cry?

There comes many phase in our life where our mind says give up but the heart whispers their’s still a hope. Its Life, pain after happiness , happiness after pain and that’s the way it goes. But many a time it’s very hard to handle the tough phase. How much you try things don’t get fixed, people disappoint you, friends are just too busy to listen to you and you find it very stringent to share your thoughts with you family.

We all know those times in our lives when we start to feel like things aren’t moving. We feel stuck, depressed, anxious, or all of the above. Some of us may go down an even deeper, darker hole, and for others this may feel like a new occurrence. The “Stuckness” may last for an hour, a day, a week, and sometimes it feels like it could go on for a month or more.

Believe me, never give up on anything miracle’s do happen. You just need to keep calm and you’ll rise from nowhere to somewhere you would have never thought when you were in a terrible situation.

Breathe: So often we forget what we are actually doing, we just need to take some deep breaths and have a positive attitude. People who are in deep ocean are thinking to reach the moon.

Have faith: Trust that whenever the universe brings you situations that cause pain and suffering, it’s a way of asking you to pause and take care of yourself. Life teaches us through love and it also teaches us through pain.

Hope: Whatever you do hold on to Hope. Remember, the tiniest thread will twist into unbreakable cord. Let Hope anchors you in the possibility that this is not the end of your story. No matter how bleak things may seem, there is always hope!

Remember that nothing last forever, even the difficult times: You’ll get through this hard time. If you will take care of yourself and remain open to the lessons, you WILL be brought to the next level in your life. There’s meaning and purpose to our circumstances, though we might not know what that is at the time.

It’s not about forcing happiness, it’s about not letting sadness win.
